Want to set up a trade account? Read this.
1. All our prices are in NZ$ currency and excludes Goods & Services Tax (GST), delivery charges, freight, clearance and other local taxes.
2. Estimated time of delivery for online purchase is indicated during checkout and via email for off-line purchase.
3. For any off-line purchase, we will notify you of payment details via email once your order is finalised.
4. All orders will be made ready for shipment only after funds are remitted into our designated bank account, stated in our email communication. Our default delivery mode is air-freight and for large, heavy items, we ship them.
5. Ordered items will be available for pick-up or sent by post, courier or freight after your payment is remitted into our designated back account.
6. For both on-line and off-line purchases, we will notify you by email when your order is ready to be collected from our freight partner's local clearing agent. You will need to make arrangements to collect this from the agent during its opening hours or have it delivered direct-to-your-door, if this service is available.
7. On delivery, you will need to pay for all freight charges (if relevant), local taxes and other regulatory charges such as customs clearance fees, customs inspection fees, fumigation etc. Extra costs will apply for direct-to-door delivery.

9. If you wish to arrange your own shipment, you must provide a New Zealand residential or business location address (postal addresses not accepted) for delivery to be made to. Or you can collect your order during our office hours of 10am-3pm from 91 Onehunga Mall Rd, Onehunga, Auckland.
10. Trade customers only may apply for a Credit Account - please read our Terms & Conditions of Trade then fill and email us a copy of our Account Application Form . We will vet your account application and notify you by email of all relevant information related to your account.
11. Our payment due date for all credit customers is strictly the 20th day of the next month.
12. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please fill the RMA Form and we will process any exchange, return or refund based on the warranty conditions for that product.
